The deluxe, organic shaped residence consists of several floors (access by lifts and stairs) and is linked to the land with a car-jetty. The multifunctional residence can be used as (holiday) house and also as business residence in which your clients will feel very welcome.
Placing floating residences in your project guarantees uniqueness: a design that has not been released anywhere else in the world on a spot that could never be experienced before.
